BoConcept Bonn

Wir bestellten im Oktober 2021 6 Stühle und erhielten diese im Februar 2022. Eine Sitzschale wurde sofort bei Lieferung reklamiert wurde. Ersatz wurde uns zugesichert. Leider war der Stoff nicht mehr lieferbar und wir mussten eine 2. Farbe auswählen. Aus diesem Grund wurde uns noch eine 2. Sitzschale in Farbe 2 versprochen. Auf diese und 2 weitere Gestelle warten wir heute noch - 9 Monate nach Reklamation. In unseren wöchentlichen Anrufen werden wir immer informiert, dass alles gleich unterwegs ist.

sehr unfreundliche Verkäufer, Kundenservice ist ein Fremdwort. Wir haben dort Stühle gekauft, die nun Defekt sind. Hilfe erhält man dort nur, indem man eine Visitenkarte erhält und sich selbst um die Reklamation kümmern muss.

ACHTUNG! Der Laden ist insolvent, Sie werden Ihre bestellte Ware nicht erhalten. Auf gar keinen Fall hier etwas bestellen, geschweige denn per Vorkasse bezahlen!

Nous avons acheté un canapé Osaka chez BoConcept Orgeval. Accueil impeccable. Mme Dubois nous a très bien conseillé. Elle connaît parfaitement ses produits. Délai de livraison raisonnable et respecté.le canapé est arrivé aujourd’hui à l’heure dite. Guillaume et Quentin sont efficaces, polis et respectueux des lieux. C’est notre deuxième expérience avec BoConcept Orgeval et nous sommes, encore une fois, très satisfaits.

J'ai commandé une table basse extensible Rubi chez BoConcept Parly 2. Elle a été livrée et montée par Guillaume et Quentin, qui se sont montrés très efficaces et soigneux. Ils ont démontés et repris mon ancienne table. Je suis très satisfait du service.

Acheté un bahut de chez Bo Concept. Je suis très satisfait du professionnalisme et de la gentillesse de Romain et Enzo qui ont monté le meuble dans un temps record! Ils sont repartis avec tous les cartons et après avoir tout laissé propre. Merci à vous deux pour vos conseils quant à l'entretien du meuble.

Nous avions commandé des chaises le 8 Mai dernier chez BoConcept Domus et celles-ci viennent de nous être livrées comme prévu par Guillaume et Quentin. Ponctuels et professionnels une expérience satisfaisante à renouveler si besoin pour d'autres achats.

Nous avons commandé un salon. Monteurs très ponctuels et pros. Meubles montés rapidement et très bien posés. Je recommande vivement BoConcept et la prestation livraison de Jérôme & Quentin N. de qualité.

Livraison très bien organisée (RV, rappel ...). Equipe ponctuelle, rapide, efficace, courtoise. Très pro. Et merci d'avoir descendu mes anciens meubles pour les encombrants. Bravo à Junior et James ! et à l'équipe de renfort : Jérôme, Sylvain, Guillaume et Enzo.

Nous avons acheté un canapé boconcept. Du fait de la configuration particulière de notre appartement il a fallu recourir à une livraison par nacelle. Merci à boconcept qui nous a accompagné dans cette livraison très efficacement, en moins d’une semaine la livraison a été programmée.. Et merci à Enzo et Quentin pour leur amabilité et grande efficacité le jour de la livraison. En quelques minutes notre canapé a été livré dans notre salon sans aucun accroc.

D'une part dans l'information et le choix de la date de livraison et d'autre part, les installateurs sont efficaces, très courtois. Merci à Guillaume et Jérôme. Et en prime un joli cadeau. Do not buy leather furniture from Boconcept. We bought a leather Monte chair which we purchased for $2980.00 in 2013. The foam under the left armrest has bulged out and will not flatten. In addition, the feather and foam filling in the seat and back rest does not appear to be sufficient as it flattens almost immediately after sitting on it and consequently feels hard. I have to plump out every day. We approached Boconcept Sydney for repair although out of warranty. Very unhappy with their solutions which involved us paying for private refurbishment or buying another Boconcept chair at a reduced price!

Vi har købt en sofa hvor benene åbenlyst ikke flugter. Men sådan skal det åbenbart se ud. Hvem har mon lyst til at vise sådan en sofa frem derhjemme. Sådan en lav kvalitet finder man ikke engang i Ikea

I had a pretty negative and frustrating experience with Lisa in Bo Concept. I was offered to customize my living room furniture, designing it piece by piece over a simulation tool they had in store. I chose a few pieces of decoration based on how they were presented in the simulation tool (shape, color, dimensions, etc.). I received a photo of the final products I bought over a confirmation email. After a long 9-week wait, I finally received the order, only to discover that the decoration pieces do not match what I chose in store and do not match the photos I received over the confirmation email. Their reaction was quite indifferent and cold. They did agree that the products I received do not match what was depicted in the photos sent in the confirmation email, and acknowledged the photos might have been confusing, yet they did not offer any fix to the problem. They did not offer to return it back or offer a full refund. They insisted that I'll have to pay 40% cancellation fee if I want to return it back. Cancellation for an order I did not choose! They miscommunicated their product and mislead me into buying something I did not intend, and are asking for a cancellation fee!

Do not buy the fusion coffee table !!! It cost $289 fusion coffee table structure is so bad it fell apart before we got home with it !!! In 5 min!!!! No , it did not fall , it's just very bad quality coffee table , For $289 , you will expect it will stay with you for few years , even ikea last longer ! They did not weld the legs currently and the legs was totally cracked . Disgusting costumer service (Giovanni ) That blame it on us!! , like it so easy to break metal ?! dispute it 20 min after I got it ! You need to be careful with that store , since it products are falling apart , and there is no return policy or exchange for that store at all ! basically , if something happen to the product while you have it you are totally screwed ! Lost over $300 in that store , Never again to step a foot ,
