I had terrible experience with the supplier. Some of the things he did * Tricked us into believeing the kitchen was from Scavolini. Was very smart to not mention it on the bill * Measure the cabinets wrong. Then suggest a "solution for you". The solution was to cut the cabinets due to his mistake * Infinite delays when it comes to delivery but the moment it is about payment of money responds within 24h * Abused me on phone and didn't have the courtesy to apologise * Terrible after sales - no replies to consistent messages over months. In general, it's a dishonest person with terrible service.

Ich hatte vor einigen Monaten für meine Wohnung gekauft. Umfassende und vor allem flexible Beratung. Da ich viel unterwegs war, haben wir uns flexibel per Zoom ausgetauscht. Die Küche ist mittlerweile fachgerecht. Hr. Dubrowenski hatte mich über den kompletten Prozess auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Fand ich super!

updated on 10/7/2023 one year since installation of our kitchen began. and unfortunately it remains unfinished.. raumundkueche delivered a stone backsplash cut to wrong dimensions. since december/2022 we are waiting for raumundkueche to arrange for the stone to be recut. 7 months the stone is sitting in our garage. according to raumundkueche, they are "just very busy" several items were damaged in the original delivery last year. first it took about 4 months for raumundkueche just to order replacement parts, followed by 4 months for delivery and installation. only to realize after this long wait that some parts were for some reason not ordered. so since march we are waiting for raumundkueche to place the order. not waiting for parts, just waiting for raumundkueche to order them! according to raumundkueche, they are "just very busy" updated on 25/2/2023 almost 7 months since the initial installation of our kitchen and it still remains unfinished. just a few details for your amusement: - despite starting the kitchen design and signing the contract with raumundkueche well in advance (>11 months before our moving date), the kitchen was delivered/installed with a 2 months delay. so, first 8 weeks camping in our new apartment without a kitchen - kitchen delivered and unpacked throughout the kitchen and living room area on july 20/2022. installation only one week later, on july 28&29 - apparently several costly mistakes were made by the fitters (subcontractors of a subcontractor) during installation because raumundkueche failed to provide them with a complete installation plan - kitchen was installed with a temporary worktop (spanplatte). according to raumundkueche, the stone worktop would "be installed in a couple of weeks". in reality, the worktop was installed on december 9th. 19 weeks = a couple of weeks? - since end of july/2022, half of our garage is occupied with kitchen parts, including shelving we purchased specifically for their storage so that no parts are damaged by dirt/water typical of a garage.. is it part of raumundkueche's service to use customers' facilities as a warehouse (in our case for almost 7 months as of this update)? - raumundkueche initially acknowledged this review by email, stating "I am sorry that you have made this negative experience and I understand that you felt the need to write a negative review. We will strive to get better." this was the first negative review of this business. now 7 months later and multiple negative reviews later, raumundkueche (or someone who has access to their google dashboard?) has flagged all negative reviews as fraudulent with google, asking for their removal originally written on 20/7/2022 if you want to spend 30-40k on a kitchen and then spend months of your life trying to first anticipate every possible mistake this incompetent and disorganized kitchen studio will make, struggle for weeks at a time to get any sort of response to emails or phone calls, then spend months living without a kitchen or with half of your apartment cluttered with an unassembled one, then this is the place for you. a nightmare..

This kitchen in Roman's showroom was an impetus for me to work with him . It is very difficult to find designers who can understand your design taste and design accordingly. He is someone who can adjust the harmony of materials and colors very well. It was very enjoyable working with him!!

Update 18.08.2023 : My review got popular (50+ views) as it seems other people are interested in honest reviews of a business. The supplier tried to take this review down by calling my review fake (please see picture attached). Of course, I am a client. I shared my invoice and Google has now restored the review again. As mentioned below by the review from a_k_, the business taken down negative reviews by calling them fake. In my opinion, the overall rating for this business is doubtful given such a practice.
